Error Message 'the Parameter Is Incorrect'.
I have a graphics programme Design Tools V2, that I use with my small vinyl cutter.
If I start my programme and then go to the particular drawing I want to open, all works fine.
However, if I locate the file first and then double click it, I get the above error message. The same happens if I right click the file and ask to 'Open with Design Tools V2, I get the same message.
Using Windows 10 64 bit with latest updates. This was happening before the last updates and it's not a catastrophic problem, just a bit irritating.
Any thoughts please? TIA.

Unsure where that setting may be stored. The creators may be able to tell you. In your shoes I'd put up with it, but scan the Net to see if others have similar issues and maybe solutions.
Thanks OG The .dtd files used to open okay from their storage file in Documents directly. A few months ago they stopped, so now I have to open the programme first before searching to work on them. A bit odd.
I'll have another search on-line, but although others are getting the same error message on other programmes, their solving does not seem to relate to me.
