I have a house were I am a trustee along with my sister (50 / 50). My mother still resides in the house along with my sister.
Paperwork I have now found suggests the 50 / 50 has now changed to 75 / 25 in my sisters favour.
I am shown on the title absolute & as the registered owner (with my sister) on the register extract
My sister and I are shown on the proprietorship register - title absolute & as the registered owner on the register extract
Can this have been done without my consent?

The ownership on the title at the land registry shows the legal ownership. Ie who has the power of sale. The real ownership ie the beneficial ownership is never normally shown on the land registry. I imagine there was a declaration of trust done at the same time the land was put I trust. That is the key document. What does that say?
