Help Ebay

Selling the iTunes card i won in raffle. The woman at 1st said she had had her account hacked and could not use it, and then has sent loads messages saying can I send her photo of Scratched card to save on posting time. This all seems odd to me. She bought on a buy it now not a bid. Help ??? Not used to Ebay.

I had to get it resolved with Ebay. Ebay say she said her account was hacked I dont believe it as she said she didnt want the item after she paid for it, and then sent numerous messages saying to send her the code on the back. Ebay said she cant have her money back . So she has now got the code which I sent and I have the money she paid for it. I think it was a scam.
