Have you sailed on the sea in a Narrowboat, Boaty? It must be risky.

Not in a narrowboat, no. All sorts of boats and ships. A narrowboat needs a lot of preparing before it can go to sea. They are not designed for the sea, but for the tranquil inland waterways. They are not very fast either. The speed limit on the inland waterways is 4 knots, that's 6MPH. At sea generally you need a lot more grunt than that.
