I booked a holiday with booking.com. I was promised a £25 discount . They sent me the offer in a letter and it came up when I booked it saying I would have £25 paid into my account.
I booked and took the holiday. I have not received the discount. I have sent them numerous emails. All they ask for in reply is information. I have done this. I have sent copies of the letter they sent me and the hotel receipt.
What else can I do ?
Which account did they say it would be paid into? Did you give them the details? Maybe it's a credit in your booking.com account to be used with next purchase. Some Cashback offers from Top Cash Back etc take 3-6 months to pay up so this cashback offer may take a similar length of time
