Talking Of Feeling Old...

I needed to request a copy of my birth cert to help me prove my identity.

Now, 2 things :

1 - I didn't need proof of my ID to request a copy

2 - I'm a whole 8 minutes older than I thought I was.

I like life - it's blinking weird at times :-D

I didn't even know time of birth was on a birth cert.

Re. the time - wonder if it's to do with the ''Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 - which is blinking weird cos I was born in 63.

Probably because I'm almost certain it's not on my kids certs.

The things' have got the time of their births on their birth certificates.

Just had a look and yep, time of birth is on my birth certificate. First time I've really looked at it. Kept my mum up late that day!

no you don't need to be the person on the cert to request a copy I think.

I think they put time of birth on certificates in Scotland, but only in the rest of UK in the case of multiple births.
