It is very rare to see one of London's killers caught and convicted, at one time if a murder was committed there would be a mass police investigation until the murderer was caught and convicted, now it seems a rare occasion, could it be that because most of London's escalating murders are committed by ethnic minorities, and the police do not want to be labelled racist?
