Personally I think this piece of scum should spend the rest of his life behind bars since it is most probable he will go and do it again to some child.

I had pretty must first hand experience of this when it came out in a close family I knew. Turned out one of the relatives had done it to 3 generations from a similar age as this. The devastation it causes is beyond words and leaves scars on the victims for life. In my opinion it is worse than "standard" rape because in these cases it is someone trusted and the victim feels they cannot tel anyone so just lives with it.

And that is why I think these savage monsters should live behind bars for the rest of their natural if we cant have the rope.

I know someone who had a similar experience. Not on this scale, but it was by her father. She is now a wonderful mother and grandma. She has never made herself out to be brave or anything along those lines. Her father was only sentenced to 6 months, but would have received a much longer sentence in these times.
