Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm
My wife made extremely serious but false domestic violence related allegations against me on 26/04/2018. This was done by her to achieve a certain ‘objective’. I was arrested by Police. I Released - Under Investigation im not allow to see my son and i don’t know where they are my wife she come to uk 30/11/2017 and she make false allegations I’m deny these allegations and believe outside forces and possible mental health issues are to blame for my wife fabricating this complaint it was plan apply for another visa to get benefit there is same one have advice her to do that she don’t know any thank abut the low in uk. and know im waiting for police decision this is what she in interview
You were interviewed in relation to Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm - in order for you to be found guilty of this offence the prosecution must prove that on 30/01/2018 you used unlawful force (ie; not in self defence) on the complainant, that in so doing you inflicted on them an injury which was more than a minor injury if you see the date and time from when she arrival date 30/11/2017 and her allegations was on 30/01/2018 ?? Should I Accept A Police Caution or refuse
