Every time I change pages in a thread I'm reading I get The Privacy Statement pop up on screen and I have to 'Accept' it to get rid of it, why is this happening?

There is now 4 threads on this, I am not only fed up with the privacy statement, but also the number of threads addressing this, yet still it continues.
