My solicitor told me some while ago that the person who knocked me down is from the south of Ireland and so car is registered with a southern registration.

She told me now that MIB are now involved. To be honest on the day I called in I didn't know what she meant.

On reading the reports from her the other day I am now taking it that if my claim is successful MIB will pay out rather than the person's southern insurers.

Would I be correct. Thanks

Rather than jumping to the conclusion that folk are being nosey, perhaps they are asking so that they may make you aware of possible outcomes.
