Hi, im trying to find out some info about a particular person who owes us money regarding some work we done on his house and he is refusing to pay, i want to know where to put an add asking if anyone might know him and maybe he has done it to someone else

you could try your local paper but their might be some legal issues with this and they may refuse, or go to the small claims court, i don't think its too expensive and the threat of court action may well make him pay up. good luck

All i want is to put an add somewhere with the name of the people who owe us money for other people to see and maybe and hopefuly someone will see it and recognise the name, as these people have done this type of thing before and we need to stop it happening,please only sensible answers only. I got a court small claim form from the council, you can get it online too. I wrote all of it up and sent a copy to my landlord demanding my deposit back or I would go ahead with it, and it worked wonders for me.
