Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. I got home at about 2200 last night.

I took SIL and niece to Churchill Hospital on Oxford to be there about 1000 yesterday. We got there in good time.
My niece has been on the transfer list waiting for a suitable donor for many years. One has been found. She had many tests during the course of the day. She was due to go to theater at 1700, her blood sugars were not right, so she was allowed to have a meal and the operation has been put off until this morning. SIL stayed there overnight, I came home and got here about 2200 as I have some things to do this morning. She will phone me about 0800 and I will go back to the Churchill later.

Morning everyone. Crikey I hope everything goes well Boaty, all good wishes flying in your direction for a great outcome for your neice.
Grey and threatening rain here. My other half is seeing a Dr this morning re the huge lump in his throat, but time difference means I won't know what's been said 'til late this afternoon.
