Im usually up and about by 7 at the latest but made myself some breakfast and jumped back in bed with it. Feel like a right lazy *** today!.
I'll make an effort and get up by 10...

Know what you mean Tills, I usually go for a scout around the carboot and market on Sunday mornings but its just too warm and clammy to do anything.

I have actually put weight on over the last month because I'm not doing any walking apart from mooching around in the shady park with Tilly.
Come the cool weather and I'll be out power walking.

I get up when I wake. Could be anything from 6- 11am. It was 10.45am today. I need my sleep! Do not feel guilty one bit.
