I Just Heard

a sound I've not heard in a long time...possibly 2 years.
An owl, hooting in the park near me.
That's my bliss.:-)

Bliss indeed, Pasta....a beautiful sound on a still evening.....

Had owls close to my last house but rare to hear one now......but when I do I just love it....x

We get owls hooting quite regularly where I live, pasta. Not to keen on those screech owls though.

Yes, that would give me a thrill too. I like to hear the birds especially a lone blackbird.

On the edge of a large country estate I hear all sorts..pterodactyls at 4am !

It must be five or six years since I last heard a Cuckoo,at one time they seemed to be all over the place..

Lots of cuckoo's here....

lots of owls, crows, cuckoos, you name it.

I live in middle of an aviary.

starlings will be going into murmuration mode soon..very noisy ..but quite a sight
