Ppi Bank Refusing To Give Other Name On Ppi
14 Answers
Husband has claimed his PPI back. But has only been sent half the amount as the account was in joint names. In the original letter they said they would be contacting the other person. After a month of not hearing anything, we rang the bank. I spoke to them giving my details, DoB, place of birth etc. They said it was not me on the document. My husband had not been married before or had any long term relationships. We have written to the bank asking for the name of the person. Still no reply. We have just rung after not hearing anything in a month. They are still refusing to give out that other name. Is there anything further we can do.??

But then one turned up trumps. They just said something showed up and they were making further inquiries. About one month later husband got cheque for half the money. We are no fighting to get the other half sorted.
