Does anyone have a simple and interesting recipe for chicken thighs? Thanks.

equal quantity of honey, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar - pour over the chicken and bake.

Glaze of mustard and soy and balsamic (the mustard thickens it & helps it stick).

Marinate for a few hours in the fridge and bake at medium heat until the juices run clear when pricked.

Or slash and pour some sweet chilli sauce over them.

If they have the skin on - I just like them roasted with a little salt ground over the top so that i can eat the skin once its crispy and the meat with some cranberry jelly
