Forehead Acne

I have awful white heads and red spots and blemishes on my forehead...

any cures or tips?

I had that. I got prescription topical antibiotic called Topycycline and its really good. N Lite Laser treatment isthe biggest thing at removing it- here is the web address

I suffer too and have tried everythin! I'm currently on an antibiotic solution from the doctors which helped loads.

<<Sometimes>> it can be a result of severe dandruff - someone I know had problems even down to her shoulders.
Try using T zone dandruff shampoo for a month.

dont know if it would be any good for severe acne but whenever i start getting a bit spotty (usually before im on my period!) i use one of those face steamers for 5 mins every day until it clears up.

i used to suffer from spots on my forehead and found that it was down to the shampoo i was using! so maybe that could be the problem?
