Theland, I'm sorry you're low in mood and can't get your head straight. Most of us have been there at some point in our lives.
Exercise helps and when I've experienced grief, loss, anxiety and other scary emotions, I found brisk walking helped me gain clarity.
You cannot always just heal yourself emotionally, but you can take care of your physical health. Eating healthily, avoiding the bad stuff and getting exercise will give you a focus and will, believe it or not, help improve your mental wellbeing. Trust me, it works.
