House Valuations

I've not been in this position before so appreciate help - I've had several estate agents free valuations prior to my house going on the market. Now I've decided which one to opt for, should I contact others as a courtesy to say I'm not going to use their services?

I wouldn't bother unless you are looking to negotiate a better package

They normally contact you in a few days to see how the land lies.

If you do want to negotiate a better deal this is the time, if not just say "thank you for your time but I've decided to go with Agent X"
