So I woke up at 11 a.m (Wednesday) and now I'm still up 05:30 a.m (Thursday)! Should I sleep now? Or stay awake till 11 p.m?

Sleep deprivation psychosis by the look of it. Seriously Have a lazyish day, stay awake, do some outdoor activity and go to bed a little earlier. Set your alarm for a sensible rising time tomorrow.
