Charged With Battery Help Needed

Hello, I need help and fast please.
I am going through a really messy divorce, my wife has hit me 14 times in the last three years, we have three small boys, I called the police the last time she hit me and the police threatened to arrest her, I begged them not too and she was ordered to leave the house for 24 hours, she came back after 3 hours and made up and said sorry to me. She lived with me for three more weeks and in the time started fights and shouting etc, told me I was a loser Dad and much much more, etc an affair she as having. My mind was all over the place, what she would do was to wind me up and audio tape my answers on her phone, I did not know this at the time,I was going mad shouting etc and she was calmer but not nice, she got closer and closer and attacked me, I held her arms, and she fell over, she had marks under her arms,I was just trying to stop her hitting me, I had ben set up, one night she didn't come home, I went around her parents house and got attacked by her Dad, she reported me to the police 7 weeks after and I have been charged and am in court on Monday for battery to my wife, I have been told to plead guilty, because of these audios, but I have emails,texts from my wife confirming she hit me and my photos of injuries. I did not attack my wife, she set me up to make it look like I did, for calling the police in the first place. I have been kicked out of our home, and made homeless and now I am not allowed to see our children, her sister in law is a Judge, I have had Essex policer serve the sister in law and her dad with PINS for harassing me. I promise I have done no wrong but was told, if i plead not guilty and in the end found guilty, I will go to Prison. WOW all for me calling the police in the first place. Sorry I have so much more to tell, and sorry if this made no sense. I need your help thank you

I personally feel this is quite serious stuff you have going on in your life at the moment and that you need professional advice. Think it is too serious to be asking any advice on here as it could have serious consequences for you.

Get a solicitor and show them the texts and emails from your wife, you have a case and these will prove it. Don't fall into the trap of fearing to look weak for letting a woman get the better of you, fight with everything you can get. My Dad had these problems but had no proof except us kids and he wouldn't have us involved so he put up with it, it would have been better for all of us if only he had texts and emails.
