Thank you all so much. Just back from a really great meal at the Copper Horse, Seamer, nr. Scarborough (very well known for its cuisine and I'd never been before). Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area - need to book. Big surprise was that eldest sprog and her daughter were there to share the meal with us. Such a happy evening, including 2 large glasses of a very decent Malbec - all above your usual pub quality.

I'm a happy lady, despite all the stuff going on, and I thank you all, my friends.

Nailit, I wore a rust-red. drifty, floaty dress above the knee at the front and mid-calf at the back with pink pearls and black, medium hight heels with flowers on. Judging by the effect on Mr. J2 and sundry other middle-aged to elderly males, it was a great success. Daughter and granddaughter were very proud of me too. :) x
