you can't blame him, he's probably paid by the ticket. and he knows the police (and other deserving cases) can always get their tickets cancelled without him losing credit for the "hit".

I got a ticket when I was legally parked. I gave the warden the chance to take it back. He refused. He is no longer a traffic warden.
