The second term of US presidents is always a damp squib because they know they are out regardless. What I'm saying is that if they repeal the 22nd before the end of his first term then when Trump wins next time he can get stuck in again that more terms are available. The 22nd simply guarantees a half hearted president in the second term. Capiesch?
