Good morning everyone and a happy bank holiday.

OH is golfing today - somewhere near Sutton Coldfield - and so the two-toothed babbler and I have the day to ourselves.

No albran so some muesli and prunes soaking for a no added sugar teabread, I might make some muesli snack bars as well always hungry after the gym
