Renaming Drives

Does antbody know if it's possible to rename the drives on a PC ? My new PC has the DVD drive as "E" and the DVD Writer as "D". Would it be possible to reverse these?

If you are using XP SP2. Just go to Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management-Disk Management. You shouls see a list of Drives.
Rt Click and Change the Drive Letter.
In your case it will not let you just change them as they are assigned so change E to Z then F to E then Z to F.
