I have taken abundant photos of my sweetheart. However, because of the limited storage of my cellphone, I have to delete some of them, which are precious and unique according to my understanding. Is there any good app that I can upload my baby's photos without storage limit and share with my family members privately about those sweet moments?

Apps do things rather that store things. Maybe you could consider cloud storage ?
Yes cloud storage seems the way to go.
It's cheap and you should get more than enough space for your requirements. There are lots of options. I use iCloud, Dropbox and Knowhow
What type of phone is it - Apple or Android?

Android phones will upload your photos to Google Photos in the "cloud" and store them there (in fact once you set it up it does it automatically)

On your Android phone go in to Google Photos (may just be called Photos) and go in to Settings. Then make sure it is set to back up your photos and specifies a gmail address.

Now go to your PC and go to a web browser and find Google Photos web site here:
https://www.google.com/photos/about/

Logon to that Google Photos web site with your email address and you will find all your photos there (once your phone has uploaded them).

Google Photos gives you a HUGE amount of free storage (not sure what it is now) but you can store loads of photos (and vidoes) there.

If you have an Apple phone they offer a similar service called iCloud I think but as I don't have an Apple phone cant help you with the details.
Yes iCloud is pretty much the same. You get an email address too with it if you want. The great thing about all these facilities is that not only do they give you more space but they are a backup should you lose your device and allow you to access your photos, files etc across devices
I do have a feeling that an alternative suggestion will be along soon.....

I think it will probably contain a Link woofgang
And be from someone with a mildly oriental looking name.
