A friend told me of a recent tv programme about food and weight loss. It was a long programme which exploded myths about slow metabolism etc. Apparently they talked about some research by two women about yoghurt aiding weight loss. It mentioned something about a litre of yoghurt, (which sounds a lot.) I would like to read the research if possible. Can anyone give me any details?
