Dear Sir/Madam

I have been puzzled by some advertising which came to my mail box here in New Zealand, about Equiba Weight Loss pills.  Which have some sort of quick fix solution capability to achieve rapid weight loss.  They are an Italian invention and manufactured by the Equiba Laboratories Singapore

2 tablets dissolved in 1 litre of water sipped over the day should have a slow release effect for a period of 5 days.  In which time one can expect to lose 3 pounds.  Another 3 pounds can be melted away - upon taking a further 2 more tablets and so on.....

I find this very hard to believe and am wondering what the ingredients may be consisted of?  Would very much like to have an answer or indication as to whether these are safe?  There are many people putting their questions out there on the Web regarding this new product - to hopefully gain some positive input by anyone out there - who may hopefully be able to lighten us all?

Your help would be most appreciated.

their are a lot of companys advertising pills such as the ones you mention, i would keep your money in your purse they dont work, also they are not licensed so you have no come back on them, without seing the ingredients i cant really say a lot but their are several companys in england that advertise in the same way, and they claim to also move the weight ..i am sure they target females as we are allways wondering about moving a few extra pounds, the thing is the tablets could actually rid your body of essential nutrients and you could end up ill,, its not worth the risk,, and i bet they are quite expensive, if you are seriously overweight your doctor can supply you with some tablets and a monitored diet sheet, which is safe,,  mullein

I would treat any of the 'claims' made by companies such as this with suspicion and take the advice of the previous post to contact your doctor, there are no quick fixes, there are no miracle cures, please dont risk your health or bank balance on a 'Claim' made on a website
