Lenovo Tablet Message

I have recently purchased a 10" Lenovo tablet and recently a message which reads;
PHONE GETTING SLOW ?
Virus ?
Trash ?
(Then below this is an image of a Dustbin
With a Red 1 of it)

ClickTo Clean
Flashes up onto the screen.

Does anybody to how to get rid of this annoying thing ?
