Full grid ... got the 4 letter word but can't see the 7 to be highlighted. Anyone help please?

The 4 letters are formed either side of the centrally positioned across and down row and column.
Look to make the bottom 2 letters first as they will show the positions for the other 2 (which are more obscure) each letter has a common synonym and a more obscure one.
