Amazon Prime

problems with amazon prime / tennis freezing. At first when switched on works for approx 4mins then either freezes or reverts to home. watched womens game keys/osaka. Had to start it frequently. Is it an Amazon problem ? Samsung TV

Thank you Alavahalf. I will try that later when games start. It works perfectly after about four or five goes but it is still frustrating.
