Years ago my Dad tried a diet that came free with a Beverley Callard fitness video of mine (Real Results)......based on whether you are an apple or a pear shape. The little booklet that came with the video has been misplaced. My Dad lost so much weight on this diet that he wants to do it again. I've trawled the internet for it but can't find it - does anyone know where I can find it online or get a copy for him?

Can't find the booklet anywhere, but the fitness programme and I would assume the diet as well is now on dvd and less than £4 in some places, might be worth while just upgrading.
