I see they still have an advert for a Video Club in Roy’s Rolls,thought Video tapes were more or less obsolete now. And yes,I know it’s not real!!

The term video is still used but means nore than VHS tapes - even kids say 'can we watch a video' when they want to see a clip off youtube or from a DVD. But knowing Roy he probably does mean VHS or maybe even cine film

VHS tapes might have all but disappeared but there are still a few video hire shops (either as standalone businesses or often within convenience stores) renting out DVDs.

It's probably a silent nod to the fact that Roy is not exactly 'cutting edge' in his approach to business, and indeed life.
He's probably simply not noticed that time has moved on, and his poster is obsolete - it's quite clever if that is the thinking behind it, and not merely an assumption on my part.
