I couldn't warm up yesterday but it's been fine today. Little bit grey and dull but I don't mind that.

Good luck with your drive.
It seems more wintry today. Is your neck ok, tash? I'm sure will all be fine tomorrow x

Yeah, stiff neck for 3-4 days, all ok now, no concerns about driving, these things happen, Nat has driven all last week just to give me a break, time to repay the favour now.
Glad there is no lasting pain, good news.
Great to hear from you Tash and your injury is diminishing with the pain. Welcome to the Skoda club.:-) xx

Thanks Mamyalynne.
Hi Retrocop, cannot wait to give the Vrs a blast, the last one was great fun
Careful Tash. My 2.6 injectedV.W. engine in my Skoda Superb goes like the proverbial sh through a goose. With a 7 gear auto in sports mode on kick down you will need a neck brace. :-(

Will keep one in the Glove Box just in case, thanks for the tip :-)

I walked over to him to convey my compliments and he asked me how pleased I was with the car. I said,as he advised it was very thirsty and I wish I had got the diesel version but overall I was very happy. I told him how my two young grand daughters gasped when I kicked down from 30mph to 60mph on the Hurn airport perimeter road. It felt like a jet afterburner kicked in. He laughed and said put left foot on brake pedal and right foot on accelerator with electric parking brake on and revs built up to about 2500 and a digital warning comes up on dashboard warning about "stand by for lift off" or words to that effect. He swore that was true but not mentioned in the user manual. :-)
