Hey all,
Has anyone else found that asking for an upgrade with bt from 2mb to 8mb broadband a nightmare?
And when i ask what speed it is they say i can only get 6.5mb, but im really close to the junction box , lol any help please.

Yeah, move closer to the exchange - it's the distance from there that determines what you can get..

Ok i dont think ill buy it , in the netherlands they have 50 mbps and use fibre cables and is still �20 per month how behind are we.
