Well two things to note on this, one that Theresa May is the 'better man' so to speak, but also that the Express have spun the headline. Diane Abbott did not criticise Theresa May, she criticised her advisers, and I would agree with that. I don't think the dancing onto the stage idea was a good one, her speech and jokes etc were fine etc but it did risk leaving her open to ridicule at a time when she ill needs that, so I think that's a valid point. Nive that the PM supported Diane Abbott though, that does show some mettle, and as you know I'm a Labour supporter, but fair play to her.
