What Sentencing Am I Looking At

What sentencing am I looking at for Malicious Communications, threats to kill, threats to harm, threats to damage and breaking a restaining order. Yes I have a crimal recond already. I just want to know how long I am looking at?

Without further information about the exact natures of the offences though, it would be hard for anyone here to suggest what sentence you might face. For example, 'threats to kill' can involve a single, almost light-hearted threat which the victim doesn't really take very seriously. In such a case only a community order would be possible. However it can also involve a sustained series of serious threats, which leaves the victim psychologically damaged and afraid to go out of their house. Such an offence can result in imprisonment for up to 7 years.
