How sad is this storyline, I know it needs airing, just hope the age for cervical cancer gets lowered even though it didn't when Jade Goody died in 2009, I have three daughters all grown up aged 25, 29 and 31 my youngest had the jab they mentioned in school but it was new then.

Leave these matters to documentaries where they belong and not in light hearted entertainment programmes, when viewers simply want to sit back and relax.

I agree to a point, but the fact of the matter is that in this pc day and age of ours, I think the soaps have to do this to be able to portray the more controversial storylines or else be lambasted from all quarters !
I agree chessington, it is a sad storyline and a hard time lies ahead for Sinead, but for the life of me I can never understand why in soaps the person in distress NEVER confides in their nearest and dearest, surely in our darkest hours we absolutely need our loved ones and their full and total support.
