I am not that confused ....
here is my go ...New Judge who does this full time is around and may give chapter and verse
From the consumers point of view ( you, Mitzi ) you will have to get used to the contact-police-rearrest cycle which seems to be common in some of these cases
One neighbour used to have his girl friend ( whom he knew he shouldnt contact ) come up to him speak to him, and then report to the police that he had broken bail conditions
The neighbour was not able to process advice like - dont speak! walk in the opposite direction! - run away!
He used to go like "Hullo ven, Sharon, you good?"
and was re-arrested - in the cells - rehearing - let out
Eventually he did six weeks ( yup weeks) in prison for contempt which was peanuts considering what else he had done [previously tied up Sharon in a bedroom and wouldnt let her out - yeah sharon the one who used to ...]
Mitzi it looks as tho you too will be an on-looker on a series of drama scenes where people behave really stupidly and you can do nothing about it. If you KNOW the police want him ( and it is not third hand thro one of his so called friends or just Mrs Mopp chipping in her two penny worth) then he should hand himself in. I am not even sure it is worth hiring a lawyer
