Tv Sound/source Problems...
1 Answers
Hope someone can help me out with this one please. On our TV we have Sky fed through from main box via an infra red thing that looks like a tiny computer mouse. We change the input source on the tv to view Sky which comes through on Analogue source...main TV progs come through Digital source.
Anyway this was how it was set up for us. I Googled about the very noticeable crackling on the speakers which has now got worse than it ever was ...set is only 9 months old. Google says if you change the source and speakers don't crackle then it's the connection through one particular source which now I deduce is the case. However I don't know how to 'fix' it and no real info about it. I'm not a techie of any sort so has anyone have any ideas how we can watch Sky in the other room without this problem please? I don't want more wires or to get Sky out....in fact it was their engineer who set it up that way a year or so ago with our original infra red mouse...and it was fine then.
Hope someone can give me some ideas please, it would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
