Hmmm.

I'm the guy who managed to lose a train completely. (It was on Platform 1 when the line was closed for emergency repairs but it had disappeared when I needed to put passengers on it after the line reopened; I'd accidentally sent it to a depot 40 miles away).

I'm also the guy who sent a modern smart train, with a coffee bar onboard (but with nobody to staff it) to Peterborough, when it should have gone to Basingstoke (meaning that the passengers for Basingstoke were left with a tatty old train and no catering, while the member of catering staff who should have travelled on it hadn't got anything to do).

Are you sure that I'm the right man for the job?

Just doesnt make sense.. surely the driver getting in the rear most cab could see that he was at the back of the train!!
Or am I missing something..

Technicalities of train driving are beyond me but they said both engines were in drive, which blew them.

Chris, at least the trains moved on your watch, albeit elsewhere.
