Contacting Amazon

I need to return a damaged item to Amazon.co.uk, but I can't use their returns section with my screen reader, so does anyone know of an email I can use or failing that, a phone number - I would prefer an email, then I can write down my details etc, rather than try and remember them over the phone. Ta Muchly...the item was bought from Amazon, not from another seller, which is usually easier to deal with; sorry, bad grammar!

Apart from the phone it would appear that the only other way you can contact them is through your account.
