how does this ban on him using the internet work then, he could use someones else laptop or smart phone or even his own smart phone you get a sim card from anywhere now, dont register it top up by voucher easy, not traceable unless Cheltenham HQ is looking for any thing coming across with his is name on a text, seems impossible to me

Many of the issues relating to prison security arise from overcrowding and bad supervision but this individual is marked out as public enemy no 1 so the spotlight will be on him constantly
