have you tried making a folder, then put your file inside, then upload the folder after you name the folder obviously..

I'd suspect a browser problem, so which browser are you using, please?

my browser on huawei p20 phne, chrome.....maybe its the slow wifi ? im abroad and not in europe atm

Modern cameras (including those on smartphones) can produce some remarkably large files (especially with video), so you might well be right in assuming that it's a slow internet connection which is causing the uploads to stall.
