Wednesday. A full moon is shining almost like daylight. Another nice day on it's way.
I'm going to hand in some more money to the hospice, the grand total should be in the region of £1000. I'm happy with that!

The back hedge could do with trimming, it might get done, but I wouldn't put money on it!

Supposed to be a gym day but knees are sore, I will take the recommended ibuprofen and monitor the situation.
There are some self righteous b words on this site. I am getting really fed up with their I'm ok everyone else is just weak or ignorant attitude.

morning again, i have had a little bit more sleep, chores are done so see how the day pans out. Am expecting an important letter which should have arrived by now. But it means if it comes i can get the reply back in the post forthwith.

The stretchy ones just roll up. If it gets too bad I have a way of strapping them but it's strengthening they need.
The more I do the quicker they recover
I think it's time to make my nice healthy breakfast.... egg on low carb toast maybe. Oh deep joy abounds.
