There are plenty of Youtube videos which show how to reset a BIOS password by using the jumpers. Such a technique might be worth a try but since it seems that a Toshiba 'supervisor password' comes BEFORE a 'BIOS password' in the security sequence, I'm not sure that it would work.
I have to admit that I've never heard of a 'supervisor password' before googling it but this suggests that it's an additional layer of security ON TOP of both BIOS and Windows passwords:
