Really like the sound of your Greek style lamb ribs. Been on Iceland site and can't find any mention of them. Is that the official name of them?

Greggs sausage rolls are lovely. Even better their Xmas mince pies are superb, far better than M&S. I agree their pasties are dire the filling looks horrendous.
It's bubble and squeak with poached eggs for us tonight.

I'm pushing the boat out tomorrow with racks of lamb with red wine and redcurrant jus.
Proper cooking today - pot roasted shoulder of pork with root veg - done in marigold stock with added balsamic, soy, mustard and garlic.
The last time i did propper cooking was the day before yesterday. Chicken and ham hock pie with leek.. Or as i cal it, spathies leakie Chicken hock pie, with sides of roast potatoes, broccoli and bisto gravy.

Yesterday i had maccy D's (oops) and today i shall have either... Freezer pizza as i usually keep a few for dinner a time emergency when i can't be bothered but what i really want is either steak, or a burger.. So i may be popping tesco express. My local is spa but i hate it in there.
Big thumbs up of approval to Mr Aldi - the shoulder of pork was as tender as any I've tasted.

We may be eating it for three days though, as I may have over-catered a bit ...

Went to Iceland today, staff denied all knowledge of them!

Do they have different stock at the Food Warehouse to the normal Iceland stores?
I don't think so - and it does say "Iceland" on the packaging.

I guess, as mamya said, that must have been a seasonal item that we bought a few weeks ago.
