are there any online calculators on how much extra income i can earn before it affects working families tax credit ?-eg if i wanted to do overtime or if my wife was to start work(yes i know being a housewife is work)

this has a calculator for working out entitlement, i expect by varying your answers for income etc you would get an idea of what you would be receiving.

You can always call the Tax Credits office on 0845 300 3900

ive been on that site previously many times i cant find no calculator , as for phoning -dont trust info verbally
My wife is a homemaker and she earns through the means of freelancing like writing blogs and promoting other's services with the help of https://www.wealthyaffiliatereview.org. She never calculates tax to be paid for her income because the income is not that much. Here, you are asking for an online calculator then it's better to tax suggestion from the tax consultant providing services online.
